Combining three proven fitness disciplines – functional movements, cardiovascular training and yoga – to offer an impactful and challenging group fitness option. You’ll work on strength, conditioning, and connecting your breath to movement. These workouts are designed to change the body and improve your personal level of fitness leaving you flexible and recovered all within a one-hour class.

Every YörFit class will have a similar format: instruction of movements and modification offerings, a dynamic warm up, a 10, 15, or 20 minute section of high-intensity, functional movements, all followed by a Power Yoga-inspired flow to help your body recover.

MOVE

Our bodies were made to move. YörFit focuses on full range of motion by blending functional fitness with yoga. Each 1-hour class will incorporate conditioning, strength, and flexibility.

Breathe

YörFit will invigorate your system from the inside out. Workouts that get your blood flowing and sharpen your focus are balanced with yoga practice to build a strong mind, reduce fatigue and revitalize.

Relax

YörFit is a mind-body practice that combines yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation to promote relaxation. You’ll reduce stress while increasing your flexibility.

WHAT  TO  EXPECT  IN  YOUR  FIRST  CLASS

We’re already pumped that you’re thinking of joining our community. So you feel prepared on your first visit, check out some of these tips:

  • Check out the schedule and class types to find a time that works for you.
  • Pre-registration is not required but, if possible, give us a heads up before dropping in for the first time.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early. This way you can settle in and check in with the coach before class.
  • Come with an open mind and willing attitude! Firsts are always nerve-wracking, but our coaches are ready to give you a warm welcome and address any concerns.

WHAT TO BRING

A few secret weapons to help you pull off that first class:

  • Water Bottle – Drink up before, during and after class!
  • Tennis Shoes – Used in Fuse, not in Flow.
  • Comfortable Workout Gear – Wear whatever you’re comfortable in, as long as you can move!
  • Yoga Mat – We have mats you can use, but some people prefer their own.
  • Can-Do Attitude – Feeling low on positive vibes? We can help with that.
